Shipping & Delivery

Because ChurBowl is a solo-run studio, I handle all packing and shipping personally to ensure your order arrives safely. Please take note of my shipping schedule and regional policies below.

1. Shipping Schedule

I ship orders twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Once your item is handcrafted, boxed, and ready to go, please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch. You will receive a notification with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the scale of your order and your destination. Please check the specific product page for details on shipping costs for that item.

Standard Shipping: Applied to most urban addresses in the North Island.

Additional Shipping: Extra shipping charges apply for South Island (NZ) deliveries, Rural (RD) addresses, and International destinations.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Choosing the incorrect shipping option (e.g., standard instead of rural) may cause delays in processing your order while we resolve the shipping balance.

3. Incorrect Addresses & Returns

I ship orders to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before completing your order. If a package is returned to my studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. I will contact you to arrange payment for the new shipping label before the package is sent out a second time.

4. A Note on Delivery

While I do my best to ensure your order leaves my studio on schedule, please remember that transit times vary once the courier has collected your package. I appreciate your patience and your support of my small business!
