Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order! Because our items are custom made, we handle returns and refunds carefully, fairly, and in line with New Zealand consumer laws.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has a quality defect, we will absolutely make it right with by discussing a replacement first, if you decide you'd like a refund we will discuss this too. 

Report it early: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can sort it out quickly.

Proof of damage: Send in a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. Please do not throw the packaging away, as we need this to lodge a claim with the courier.

Returns: If we require the item to be physically returned to us, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You will not have to pay for return shipping for faulty or damaged goods.

Change of Mind: Because our items are specialized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, buy the wrong item, or if the delivery takes longer than expected due to courier delays.
