Every single product is made from scratch at home, right here in Aotearoa. There is no mass production and no extra hands, just a humble small business that launched less than a year ago, putting care into every piece.
Because we don't hold ready made stock, please take note of our current turnaround times before placing your order:
Standard Products:
Deshedders, Walking Capsules, and Chur Bowls
Production Time: 5–7 working days to make.
Shipping: Handed to the courier for overnight shipping once ready.
Customised Orders:
Custom Urns, Lamps, and Memorials
Production Time: 6–8 weeks (excluding weekends) This can sometimes take longer if our order queue is full.
Behind the Scenes of a Custom Order
Every customised order is digitally designed from scratch and personalised, no two orders are ever the same.
Once the design is perfected digitally, the 3D printing process begins. 3D printing is a complex science, and a print doesn't always come out perfectly on the first go. After running trials to get the print flawless, your order is finally made. From there, it undergoes a hands, on finishing process. Careful sanding, painting, sealing, and setting before it can finally be packed and sent your way.
It is a complex, time consuming process, and I truly appreciate your patience. I apologise if these wait times cause any inconvenience.
